One member orgainzation is elected by consensus during the annual meeting as the ‘Focal Point’. It assumes responsibility for the publication of the News Letter and the overall preparation of the annual meeting, in co-operation with other members and particularly with the host institution.

Presently, the National University of Educational Planning and Administration (NUEPA) is acting as the ‘Focal Point’.
